"What really surprised me was how useful Jules was years after my divorce. I was feeling so stuck and unmotivated, and even though I divorced 3 years earlier, Jules helped me to sit with my feelings and begin to move on. I feel so much more confident in myself now and am finally finding myself and moving forwards"

JANINE
‘Jules was my coach and my friend. She made me see truths that I didn’t want to, and often didn’t like at all.But they were things I needed to learn in order to come to terms with what had happened in the past, and to move forward into a better future. I guess this is what people call ‘the work’, I didn’t always like her, but I’m grateful to her for helping me in ways no-one else would have’
