A bit about me…

Hi I’m Jules, first and foremost I am a mother to my 3 beautiful boys.

After feeling as though I had acted my way through life, and after splitting with my second husband, I finally began living my way and not following the ‘rules’ anymore.

As a neurodivergent (AuDHD) parent raising neurodivergent kids, I live life off the beaten path—literally! My family and I live off-grid on a boat, surrounded by nature, collecting treasures like stones, moss, and sticks, always accompanied by our beloved dog.

Caring and nurturing have always been at the centre of my approach to myself and others, I love learning new things (hello ADHD!) and love a varied and exciting life.

My trainings over the years include; kids yoga, pregnancy yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for older people, womb yoga, well woman yoga therapy, yoga for menopause, holistic massage, reiki, clinical massage, baby massage, lymphatic drainage massage, myofascial massage and sports massage. I have also completed my divorce coaching and NLP training courses to fully qualify me as a life coach.

Don’t even get me started on my musical and teaching qualifications, we’ll be here all day!

My focus now is on guiding mothers: in classes, workshops and online, to find their true purpose, find their WHY, and help to create a life they’re obsessed with.

My primary focus is on helping Mothers’ through separation and divorce, empowering them to rebuild their lives and navigate co-parenting with confidence and resilience. But my work spans all mothers, whether you’re single, married or otherwise, I’m here for you.

Having experienced divorce and blended families myself as both the child and now parent, I truly understand the complex emotions and challenges—and I’m here to guide you with care and clarity.
